TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms and conditions govern the use of Prospect Engine, a tool accessible through the website prospectengine.ai . By accessing or using Prospect Engine, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions without modification or objection.

Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use Prospect Engine.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Prospect Engine is billed on a subscription basis.
A 7-day free trial applies only to the first subscription for your account. Subsequent subscriptions will be charged immediately upon activation.
Adding or removing seats within a subscription will result in a prorated adjustment to your next invoice.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration initially chosen, with payments collected at the beginning of each new period on the same day of the month.
You may cancel or terminate your subscription at any time, but data will only be retained if you delete your account.
You must provide a valid payment method and accurate billing information. Prospect Engine will automatically collect subscription fees on the due date.
Your subscription will remain active until terminated by you or Prospect Engine. Termination can occur at any time and renewal is immediate.

Subscription Fee Changes

Prospect Engine reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Users will be notified in advance and given the option to terminate their subscription or continue using the product at the new price.
Expiring discounts will not be automatically renewed or reminded.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Failure to do so may be considered a breach of these terms.
Only personal accounts can be connected to Prospect Engine, with one account per LinkedIn account.
Prospect Engine is not responsible for safeguarding passwords. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and must not share them with anyone.
Users are responsible for reporting any security breaches or unauthorized use of their accounts to the Prospect Engine team.
Users agree not to engage in hacking or damage to other accounts or Prospect Engine itself.

Prospect Engine is not an official LinkedIn feature and is not responsible for LinkedIn's policies or practices.
Prospect Engine is not responsible for the user's personal accounts or their use of the product. We are not liable for any account bans resulting from user activity.

Disclaimer

Use of Prospect Engine is at your own risk. While we strive for maximum availability, interruptions or outages may occur. We will inform users of planned maintenance unless it is an emergency.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Dutch law system.

Changes

Prospect Engine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes and they must agree to the updated terms to continue using the product.
